Major Moscow's Assaults Eliminate Power Throughout Kyiv

Power facilities targeted in Ukraine
Ukraine's energy systems have faced escalating attacks in recent weeks

During the night, Moscow's aerial assaults have caused electricity outages in extensive areas of Ukraine's capital, the Ukrainian capital.

A number of civilians were injured while local people in eastern districts were experienced blackouts and encountered disruption to water systems, per reports from city officials.

Simultaneously, a seven-year-old child was fatally injured in a different Russian drone strike in the Zaporizhzhia area in the country's south-east, as reported by regional authorities.

Moscow has increased strikes on power infrastructure over recent weeks, while Ukrainian leadership has requested "concrete actions" from allies to exert influence on Moscow.

"The necessity is not superficial actions but strong steps - from the US, the EU and the Group of Seven - in delivering protection systems and implementing sanctions," he wrote in a online statement.

Officials stated that hundreds of unmanned aircraft and over thirty rockets attacked the country's power systems, describing such strikes as "strategic and deliberate" and against "essential services" as winter approaches.

Energy officials said Moscow was "conducting extensive attacks" and maintenance teams were striving to fix the damage.

A wave of strikes damaged electrical systems and apartment buildings in the capital.

Several of the people hurt in the strikes on the capital have been taken to hospital, as confirmed by city authorities.

Area administrators said the urban area experienced significant strikes during nighttime hours. A young boy was killed and multiple civilians were wounded.

The assaults come after periods of air raids in the region, portions of which remain under the control of Moscow's military.

All of Ukraine is in a state of readiness for hypersonic Kinzhal missile strikes, which are more difficult to spot.

Government officials told reporters that Russia was deliberately attempting to demolish the country's energy grid, with strikes already impacting fuel infrastructure.

Authorities confirmed energy workers and government agencies were anticipating further attacks.
